Social and Environmental Responsibility

The 3K Hotel Europe aware of its carbon footprint tries through small gestures to lessen its impact. We have implemented a policy of using materials with low impact on the environment and we think we should make a contribution to society.

The Hotel 3K Europa is aware of its carbon footprint and makes small gestures to try and reduce its effect. Our policy is to use materials with a low impact on the environment and we also believe that we should make a contribution to society.

Animals

For every night's stay, we take out a donation of €0.50 for animal charities.

Recycled paper

We have chosen to use 100% recycled and certified paper, so that trees can continue to be part of our lives and our landscape. The paper that we use has the following certifications:

FSC – Forest Stewardship Council

European Ecolabel

NAPM- National Association of Paper Merchants in the UK, which promotes the NAPM brand for recycled paper meeting certain requirements

If you are travelling in an electric vehicle, we have an exclusive, free car park with chargers.

 The Hotel 3K Europa has more items at your disposal for rational use of resources.

Animals

Animals are often the ones who suffer most in times of crisis, sometimes end up seeing themselves alone, having only a helping hand to care for them, when in the past they had a home, people they trusted, and for whom they had unquestioned love. Because it exists and it is a problem of our society, we think that the fact that we allude to helping those who help contribute to the change.

Children

Through Make a Wish Portugal we try to fulfill wishes of children and young people, between the ages of 3 and 18, with diseases that put their lives at risk, to bring them a moment of joy and hope. Making a wish sends a positive message of hope, strength and joy to a child when she needs it most.
For each night's stay a contribution is withdrawn for associations of abandoned animals and for Make a Wish Portugal in the amount of 0.50 €.
